Unfortunately due to the forecasted storm this weekend the promoter has decided to cancel this weekend's race which was schedule September 7-8th, 2019 at Mill Hill Motocross Park. This decision was likely not made lightly but was made while keeping everyone's safety and enjoyment in mind. Stay tuned for further schedule updates. We hope the storm passes by and everyone stay safe! See you at the next round!

We are busy getting ready for this week's round and hopefully you are too. Here are a few reminders to make sure you have a smooth weekend. Transponder: pay for yearly Subscription This is to be done through your MyLaps account. Update Transponder by plugging into a pc (check out the youtube video for more details) Ensure it is fully Charged When done charging the three lights on the front of the key should all be a steady green. Once the transponder is removed from the key the little light at the top should be flashing green. secure Mounting Bracket on fork tube behind number plate Your transponder is considered to be part of your race equipment and it is your responsibility to ensure it is in full working condition and is secured on your bike. Timing and scoring will not alter results if your transponder falls off, battery dies or if the subscription expires while on the track. The person at the start gate will have a transponder tester. Race License: Your race license must be purchased online from MRC directly. You can find the link on our Regulations & Forms page. You need to show proof of purchase at registration or if asked at any point during the race weekend. We can not guarantee being able to check the license database so it is your responsibility to confirm you have a current license. Number Plates: Part of preparing for a race weekend is making sure your race numbers are correct. All numbers on your bike and jersey must be the same. These are the parameters given in the rule-book for numbers. Bikes shall be fitted with three number plates securely fastened to the machine, and bearing the riders own competition number. Number plates shall be 9″ x 11″ oval or rectangle with matte finish; numbers legible 6″ high with 1″ stroke. Registration Registration happens Sunday night from 6-9pm and Sunday morning from 7-8am. Gate and camping fees will be paid at the entrance to the track. For registration you will need to sign a minor waiver form for any minors, and an entry form. Transponder Rentals Transponder rentals are available during registration and are available on a first come first served basis. All fees are payable in cash, but you must have a credit card for security purposes. The rental fee is $30 and includes a transponder bracket. You can return your rental throughout the day at Timing and Scoring. You must return both the transponder and bracket at this time. Please note that if you return your rental transponder while other races are ongoing you may be required to wait until one of the staff members are available to help you. Race Results Race Results will be posted in a spot to be announced at the rider's meeting. Any protests of results must be done following the process laid out in the rule-book. If there is a clerical error please inform timing and scoring within a half an hour of the posting of the results. Results will be posted on the Race Results page at the end of the day. The results posted to this site are considered the final results and supersede the printed/posted results at the track. Every effort will be made to post the results as quickly as possible. Trophies At the end of the race day trophies are awarded to the top three positions in class. These can be collected at the end of the racing day. If there is still racing taking place, the Timing and Scoring staff may not be able to confirm your finishing position and or step away to accommodate you receiving your trophy, and we ask for your understanding and patients in this matter.
